Implementation Specialist



Description
An Implementation Specialist position is available at Vantage Point Software. This is a fast-moving, interesting position implementing and supporting our clients on our HRA Human Resources Software. Our clients are spread across North America and in many countries around the world. VP Software provides a friendly, informal, self-directed work environment. Requirements
You must like working with people and have a complete knowledge and understanding of English. A telephone interview will be conducted as a first step to ensure good English language skills. The technical requirements of this position are a sound computer knowledge, comfort with spreadsheet formulas and problem solving, and the ability to give training and to talk to small groups. Some travel within North America is required. Prior Human Resources knowledge is a benefit, but not a requirement. Possibility of starting work early (6-7am) at home is a consideration for this position. This is for calling to clients in Eastern Canada and the US allowing for the 3 hour time difference.
